Originally from Chicago USA, Scott Anthony Shell currently resides in Sedona, Arizona. He has a degree in music composition from DePaul University. In 1998 he founded the rock band Cats and Jammers and released several recordings with that band. He has also lived in Los Angeles, California and Patagonia, Arizona where he worked at The Tree of Life, a healing center that specializes in curing diabetes with whole foods.

Scott has been teaching himself Spanish for several years. He has made three trips to Peru in recent years and is planning to live in South America some day soon.
